For instance, inquiries such as, “Why can’t you sell me a new battery for my watch?” or “Can I have this pendant made with silver?” While these requests are reasonable, we specialize solely in high-quality materials like 9 karat gold and above; silver isn’t within our spectrum of offerings.

Similarly, preferences for lab-grown diamonds or repairs for jewellery beyond salvaging sometimes clash with our business model. We exclusively deal in natural diamonds and gemstones and are unable to perform repairs on irreparable jewellery due to the risk of further damage.

This misalignment often stems from misconceptions about our services. While we understand the frustration, Holloway Diamonds maintains a clear stance on its offerings and the values it stands for. • Silver Jewellery
• Lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, and cubic zirconia
• Anything other than natural gemstones
• Watches or any watch components

Holloway Diamonds Does NOT Provide These Services:

• Jewellery repairs when the item is beyond repair
• Jewellery valuations, except for pieces we sold
